Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us on WhatsApp at +92-309-9999663.
After 24 hours, orders enter production or dispatch and can no longer be modified.
Credit card orders cancelled within 24 hours will receive a store credit coupon of equal value, valid for 60 days.
Is it safe to save my card details on your website?Yes. Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions.
We do not store your full card details on our server. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your financial information is never shared with third parties.
Do I need an account to place an order?You can shop at Ansab Jahangir without creating an account.
We recommend measuring your chest, waist, hips and shirt length and comparing them to the size chart on each product page.

Can I get a piece made in a custom size?Yes. We offer custom sizing on select bridal and formal pieces.

Will my product look exactly like the picture?We strive for accuracy in all our product photography. Please note the following:
Colour: Actual colours may vary slightly from screen to screen depending on monitor or phone display settings.
Handcrafted pieces: Items featuring hand embroidery (chikankari, zardozi, resham) may have minor variations from piece to piece. This is a hallmark of genuine handcraft and adds to each piece's individuality.
Fabric: Natural fabrics like silk may show slight texture variations between production batches.

Do you offer alterations or stitching services?All Luxe Pret, Digital Silk and Chikan pieces are sold as ready-to-wear (fully stitched). We do not currently offer stitching services for products other than those on our website.

Pakistan: Rs. 400 on one outfit and Rs. 200 for every additional outfit.
UK: USD 45 for the first item + USD 25 per additional item.
USA & Rest of World: USD 45 for the first item + USD 25 per additional item
Australia: USD 70 for the first item + USD 40 per additional item.

How long will my order take to arrive?Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 5–8 working days. Made-to-order items may require additional production time — this is noted on the individual product page.
During peak festive periods (Eid, wedding season), dispatch times may extend by 2–3 working days. We will always communicate any delays.
How do I track my order?Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number and the name of the courier.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier's website, or by logging into your Ansab Jahangir account and visiting "My Orders."

Do you deliver to my country?Yes — we ship worldwide.
We regularly deliver to Pakistan, UK, USA, UAE, Canada, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and many other countries across Europe, North America, and the Gulf.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties on my international order?International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are unable to predict the exact amount as it varies by country and order value. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing your order.
We declare the correct commercial value on all shipments and are unable to mark parcels as "gifts" or undervalue them on customs documentation.
We accept returns on defective or damaged items only, reported within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return:

2. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.
3. If approved, we will share the return address. Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Important: Returns cover the product price only — original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?We do not offer size exchanges on the purchased item as they are made to order outfits.
We do not currently offer colour exchanges, as each item is produced and photographed in its exact available colour.
I paid by credit card and want to cancel. What happens to my money?If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will issue you a store credit coupon for the full order value. This coupon is valid for 60 days and can be used on any item across the website.
Please note: due to payment processing timelines, we are unable to reverse credit card transactions directly. The store credit coupon is our way of ensuring your money is not lost.
To cancel, please WhatsApp us at +92-309-9999663 as early as possible. We cannot cancel orders after 24 hours as they will have entered production or dispatch.
What if my order arrives damaged or with an item missing?We are very sorry if your order has arrived damaged or incomplete. Please take the following steps immediately:
1. Take clear photographs and a short video of the packaging and the item as received.
2. WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery at +92-309-9999663 with this evidence.
3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
